About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Sales Officer to connect with leads, pitch services, close deals, and help onboard new clients.
Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with inbound leads
- Pitch agency services (e-commerce incubation, Web Development, Meta & Google ads, etc.)
- Schedule demos & meetings
- Maintain CRM records and track conversions
- Achieve monthly targets
- Support clients during onboarding
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Prior sales experience (preferred)
- Good understanding of digital marketing basics
- Comfortable making calls, explaining services, and handling objections.
- Goal-oriented, persuasive, and consistent with follow-ups.
- Target-driven and confident
