We are looking for a People & Performance Manager who will take complete ownership of team productivity, discipline, skill growth, and output. This role goes far beyond attendance, payroll, or documentation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Ownership (Core Responsibility)
- Track daily and weekly work output of all team members
- Define and monitor KPIs, targets, and performance metrics for each role
- Identify underperformance early and take corrective action
- Push team members to deliver results, not excuses
- Prepare performance reports for management
2. People Operations & Discipline
- Build and enforce HR policies, SOPs, work rules, and discipline frameworks
- Ensure professional behaviour, punctuality, and accountability
- Handle performance warnings, improvement plans, and exits when required
3. Work Scheduling & Productivity
- Plan and manage work schedules, WFH structure, shift timings, and task allocation
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments (marketing, tech, support)
- Remove productivity bottlenecks and improve workflows
4. Skill Development & Team Growth
- Assess skill gaps across the team
- Design training, upskilling, and improvement plans
- Mentor team members to improve efficiency and output
- Encourage ownership, leadership, and a growth mindset
5. Hiring & Scaling Support
- Participate in hiring candidates who fit performance and culture standards
- Improve onboarding and early-stage employee productivity
- Help prepare the team for future scaling
