Job Overview
We are a digital marketing agency primarily working with e-commerce brands, along with a portfolio of business and service-based websites. We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist who can plan, execute, and optimize organic search strategies with a strong focus on revenue-driven e-commerce SEO, while also managing SEO for standard websites.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO, with clear experience in optimizing product pages, category pages, and conversion-focused content.
This role requires hands-on execution, data-driven decision-making, and continuous optimisation—not just theoretical SEO knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and continuously optimise SEO strategies aligned with business and client goals
- Handle e-commerce SEO for product, category, and collection pages (primary focus)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent mapping for both e-commerce and normal websites
- Perform complete on-page SEO optimisation including:

Titles, meta descriptions, headers

Product & category content

Internal linking and site structure

Identify and fix technical SEO issues, including:

Crawling and indexing issues

Page speed & Core Web Vitals

Mobile usability

URL structure, redirects, canonical issues

Schema markup (Product, Review, FAQ, Breadcrumb, etc.)

- Optimise existing content and guide the creation of SEO-driven content through briefs and recommendations
- Execute ethical white-hat link building strategies and manage backlink profiles
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and revenue impact using Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with insights, progress, and next-step action plans
- Work closely with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, e-commerce SEO trends, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO
- Proven experience handling e-commerce SEO (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms preferred)
- Experience working on multiple client websites in an agency environment
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GA4
- Solid knowledge of Google ranking factors and algorithm updates
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills

- Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce SEO
- Understanding of conversion-focused SEO for e-commerce
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
